Faction skills - Guild Wars Forums

I'm about to spend my my 156 skill points on factions skills, so I'm just posting this to make absolutely sure.

If I understand correctly, there is NO way for a prophecies character to obtain factions skills other than buying them correct? I don't have access to any shing jea quests correct?

correct with the only exception being core skills that are available in prophesies from quests, a prophecies character needs to buy all factions skills.
